Should you wish to return any products, please communicate in writing to admin@lbyafrica.com within 7 days of purchase.

Any products returned must be in the original packaging and undamaged. Returns may be subject to a handling and administration fee.

All LBY LED products carry the warranty specified on the individual product’s data sheet. It is a condition of the warranty that the product is used as intended, and that connections are made in accordance with the product’s IP rating.
